About SAR
Founded in 1889 the National Society of the Son’s of the American Revolution is a non-profit, non-partisan organization dedicated to promoting patriotism, preserving American history and teaching American history to future generations.
This is the official website of the United Kingdom Society Sons of the American Revolution, which is part of the larger Sons of the American Revolution organization. London was home to many of the important British officers and politicians who organized, managed and led the British war effort. London was also home to many important Patriots, some of whom would be signatories of the Declaration of Independence.
